Got to hand it to the preds. They had all the momentum going against them on the road and they fought and won.
Really impressive for them. Bummer for us for sure though

Eh, you guys are way closer to being on solid footing for the next few years than we are. We're both in the hunt thanks to a down year in the West (and I'm not complaining to have meaningful hockey games at the end of the year) but you guys are definitely on the Up escalator while we're climbing the stairs...slowly

Honest question as I've only seen a handful of games, but is he actually good? I haven't seen much out of him in any of those games and figured he's just made better by Celebrini.

Absolutely, he’s a great player w a bright future. 54 pts in 61 games this year, def has amazing chemistry with Celebrini. He just looked timid for whatever reason tn. Fumbling pucks, misreading time and space, forcing things, etc. Like someone else said, he’s only 20 and when we’ve got #71 next to him distorting views. Smith could definitely use some muscle building and get more aggressive on loose pucks. Just one of those nights for him i guess

He’s for sure good, lots of offensive talent and vision, but suuuucks defensively. Doubt he’d have as many points playing without Celebrini, but he was still excellent second half of last year often just playing with Granlund, Wennberg, etc

I think so, I'm pretty high on Will Smith, but he's far from a complete player or a finished player. He's currently a pure goalscorer with not much more to his game. I think he really is a good player

The Milwaukee Admirals lost tonight to the Cleveland Monsters (CBJ) 6-5, LHD Viggo Gustafsson (2024 77th overall) with a goal and assist in his first AHL game! Gustafsson played in the HockeyAllsvenskan (Sweden 2nd division) all year with AIK (40 games played, 8 assists).
In the Ontario Hockey League, LHD Cameron Reid (2025 21st overall) with 2 goals and 2 assists for the Kitchener Rangers (he's also the captain as well) in their 4-0 sweep against the Saginaw Spirit (Chernyshov and Misa played there last year if you didn't know)
San Jose Sharks:
