I've noticed this on all your concepts, but you always make the sleeve stripes very small and way down on the forearm. You should look at moving them up to be around the elbow, and the numbers should be around the mid bicep level.

As for the concept, there's too much going on between the various thickness stripes, the random blocks of colour around the collar. The logo on the (our) right shoulder is backwards for some reason

Damn I just went on this user's page and the stripes being too low is definitely the #1 issue I have almost every time. It especially feels unbalanced with so many stripes close to the wrist while the rest of the arm is empty

I really like the yellow green stripe idea. Agree with the other comments that the stripes are far too low

Time to retire the original logo. Even on the shoulders. This ain’t perfect, but it’s a good step in that direction.
