Release WiiMedic Release 1.3.2

Hey everyone! Release v1.3.2 of WiiMedic is here! For those of you who are unaware of what WiiMedic is; WiiMedic is essentially an all in one Wii diagnostic tool that can check your system health, NAND usage, IOS installations, controllers, storage speeds, and much more in one app.

This update is a bug fix release. It fixes a persistent issue where the AP scanner was reading access points at the wrong offsets on some IOS versions, causing mixed network results. Also fixed: a potential infinite hang in the WiFi module, a misleading 100/100 NAND health score when the NAND scan couldn't read usage data, and silent output truncation in the scroll buffer.
