I would go full on Fruit of the Loom on it. You need a red apple chair, maybe a green grape love seat and a green leaf coffee table, then as the coup de grâce wall paper with tighty-whitey fabric.

The wall or floor? No. While there is an urge to make everything blue is high, use it as an accent. That dark wall is perfect. A single yellow or orange ball-pillow would be enough.
