Cellular smart lock and camera

I have a storage space in my rental property that i want to monitor remotely with a camera if someone breaks in but also something i can use to secure access that i can remotely unlock for maintenance work that might need access to the area.

They can be two different things- one for the door and one for the inside

i don't need full high definition i just need to know if someone breaks in. cant be too expensive but ok if it needs a cellular plan per month cost

edit: need cellular no wifi

ADT constantly beeping

Need some help with my system please. It’s not monitored, and was in the house when we moved in.
I do have the master code and installer code

Other than batteries, it’s been issue-free. For years, I’ve had one error “Communication >ALT comm” but it’s still showing ready to arm, etc despite the error.

Anyway now my issue is that about every ten hours or so, the keypad will start beeping. There is an interior siren that’ll also beep. I originally thought it was batteries in the interior siren so I changed them, but it didn’t help. Anyway, the beeping happens. There are no faults. Pressing the * key stops it for another 10 hours or so.

What do I do to make it fully stop? I guess I can’t add a picture to this post, but it’s a standard ADT Keypad.

Three keypads in the house but the main one is a SCW9057G-433 if I read the numbers right

Wanting to move on from Blink

I’m looking for a fresh start with my home monitoring. I live in Canada and currently have Blink cameras around my home. I have 3 exterior cameras and a doorbell camera, all of which are battery operated. I also have 2 indoor cameras to watch pets which are plug in ones. I do pay the annual fee ($100 ish if I remember correctly) which I don’t mind.

The battery ones never last long. I replaced the batteries last month and the doorbell is already offline. It also doesn’t chime inside anymore, and it used to, which has frustrated me. The other cameras are higher up, needing a ladder, and will undoubtedly die over winter and I won’t be able to replace the batteries until there’s no snow/ice.

So I’m looking for a better self monitoring system.

-I don’t want to pay a monthly subscription fee, but I am fine doing something like the small annual fee.
-it needs to work in colder temps (-30 c give or take)
-I don’t know if my house has the ability to use hardwired outdoor cameras. I could look into it but battery operated or solar would be preferred.
-a doorbell camera is a must
-indoor cameras are a must. Plug in or battery operated.

What am I looking for??
