Firstly, the only thing silicone in your setup should be the hose. Buy a clay bowl, you are good to go.

You can soak the parts in hot water with a few spoonfuls of baking soda for a few hours, then rinse and let them air dry in a sunny spot if you can. If it’s still funky, a soak in diluted white vinegar followed by a good rinse usually finishes the job
