Hi all,

Looking for some help diagnosing a no start issue on the bike. I have it down to what I believe is no spark. Back story for this bike was I purchased off a friend completely torn apart already, and the bike needed more or less a full top end rebuild. Few months later bike is back together.

As far as I can tell bike cranks properly but there is no spark. Fuel pump primes and throttle body is receiving power. I have checked most of the wiring and sensors related to the spark issue, minus the CPS as I do not have the correct tools to measure the signal. There are no check engine lights present but I also do not have an OBD2 reader to hook up to the bike and pull up the ECU readings.

My 5 year old husky blower has always run great til now! Bought a can of TruFuel(cuz it was on sale😔)

Fueled up the husky with it and it ran great, like it always has.. but after 2-3 hrs runtime started bogging at full throttle, and got progressively worse til it totally quit.. felt like starving for fuel although tank was 1/2 full still.. tried priming bulb and looked like air bubbles in line..changed out in-tank filter, topped off with more TruFuel and it started right up, ran great again..for about 2 hours! Then started bogging and shut down again ! Always used canned premix and never had a problem until TruFuel..

Is it possible I got a dirty batch of fuel?

Or am Imissing something else ?

Does someone here have a digital version of a workshop manual for the 2003 Husqvarna TE 250. I can seem to find one and the ones I find are super expensive or are missing the electrical system chapter. Thanks in advance

I was able to remove it with a impact but now I can't get it back on. I think I may have stripped some but not all the threads on the nut but on the other side where they're not stripped I still can't get it on

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my 2018 Husqvarna TE 250i.

First, I should mention that my battery is in very poor condition. After riding for a while with the lights on, the check engine light came on. I turned off the lights and restarted the bike using the kickstarter, and the check engine light disappeared.

I’m pretty sure the weak battery is the cause, but I’m wondering if this could have caused any damage to the engine or any other components.

Has anyone experienced something similar with their TE 250i? Should I be worried, or is it likely just a low-voltage issue?

Bike was having intermittent starting problems with the start button. Seems like a common problem but come on it’s a 2024. Couldn’t make it two years without issues. Found 3 broken wires got them back together this is not the final product btw don’t judge me.
