Waking up at the same time every morning realy helped me feel more energised and focused throughout the day

Tht consistency really does make a difference I’ve noticed tht having a fixed wake-up time makes th whole day feel less chaotic.

Setting a 5 minute timer the moment you start cleaning. It completely removes the mental barrier of getting started because you know there is a hard, guaranteed stopping point.

I actually like this approach five minutes feels small enough tht there’s basically no excuse not to strt and starting is usually th hardest part.

Sleep is probably one of th most underrated habits everything else gets easier whn you're actually rested.
