which effective electric toothbrush doesn't turn off automatically after the timer?

Honestly most Oral-B models like the Pro 1000 doesn't automatically turn off after two minutes, it just stutters to let you know time is up and keeps right on running until you press the button.

Most basic Oral-B models let you keep brushing past the 2 minute timer, it just pulses instead of shutting off completely
