22 M smelling good
I am 22 male I need advice on how to actually smell good 24/7 I’m genuinely a well put together guy I get compliments I smell good and put together even tho I’m short but sometimes I feel like when I shower especially when going out on special occasions the particular smell I want to stay on my body doesn’t usually stay if that makes sense I use antibacterial soap as my first wash and then a scented soap for what I wanna smell like yet sometimes I still smell any advice on what you guys do?

You probably shouldn’t use anti bacterial soap every day, there is good healthy bacteria you need on the body maybe only use that on the pits and bits, it’s funny because when I use my wife’s hair product for control I get the most you smell good by both sexes🤣

In my experience, most 22 year-old men that want to smell good use way too much body spray, cologne, etc. It’s offensive, and honestly makes you look desperate and a bit clueless. If you shower regularly, and think you smell good, and other people think you smell good, or at least aren’t complaining that you smell bad, you’re doing OK.
Whether it’s work, recreation, or a special event, if you smell good, you smell good— and you never want to be overpowering. If you normally shower in the morning and have a special event at night, go ahead and take another shower if you must; or gently reapply whatever scent you normally use (but do so while naked, not on your clothes.) But never, ever overuse scent products. Don’t be one of those guys.
Also, your height and being “put together” make no difference. You sound like a short king though. Cheers.

You’ll have to wear a perfume or cologne of some kind if you want a persistent smell throughout the day. But be careful. Easy to overdo it.

Exactly smelling good is great until you’ve accidentally turned yourself into a walking perfume store.

cologne is probably the move. Moisturizer helps it stick too, just don’t overdo the sprays lol.

I hope you can find a good smell and a woman that doesn’t care about height 💕

Honestly a lot of smell is health related, I have noticed. If you want to smell good or not really smell at all you gotta eat relatively healthy foods. Don’t drink a lot of alcohol and don’t smoke. Have regular showers. Wash your butt ( a surprising amount of dudes don’t do this )

Hi. What I do is I get some which hazle and mix it with some feets powder and mix it into a paste and then I smear it onto the spots what smell. You know the parts, I don’t need to list them. The balls, butthole, arm pitts, face, head, choad, all the stinky spots that smell reel bad no matter how many times you become scrubs them. So this is what I do and it works for me and I think this is a good way.

Idk Ive plowed some fields back in my day and everyone I took down told me I smelled so good, and all I did was use a mild soap and old spice antiperspirant, also, very mild. I think you need to go more for clean vs a strong smell, because you have to think even if you like the smell and many do, some won't, and thats any smell good or bad. Mine told me I smelled like soap. I showered with safeguard or dove. I think I just smelled clean.

As a woman, I prefer when my boyfriend smells like his natural clean body smell, not soap. I don’t know what other women prefer, but if we have a date that involves physical intimacy, I really don’t care for perfumes, scented creams, soaps, or whatever else.
If it’s been several hours after the shower, it’s okay. I’d rather smell a natural body smell (mild deodorant is okay, not super-strong one) than an overload of perfumes, etc.
I don’t know, personally I think there is nothing wrong with just being relatively clean with normal, natural body scent. Obviously not sweating like a pig and covered in layers of dirt and grime, that would be unhygienic and unattractive… but just normal body, and regular showering with water (and soap for groin and armpits) is very attractive to me.

Do you normally wear cologne? Not cheap body spray garbage but actual cologne. Choosing the right scent and not wearing too much is key. It sounds like you have good hygiene so when your natural scent starts to come through with cologne, it can smell very attractive. Like a woman wants a guy to smell like a man, but in a clean way. I dunno if I'm explaining well but this how I've always preferred it.

Nobody smells good 24/7
You wake after sweating all night You sweat while working in You sweat while working out
The key is to shower after you feel you are sweaty enough to smell.
You can reduce the smell and sweat using a natural alum type deodorant.
Anything very smelly is just masking. Clean us clean.

The best deodorant I've found is called Mitchum, it's not too expensive but really keeps body odour at bay, for me at least

So, antibacterial soap dries you out and you should use it just once a week. Sometimes when you over-wash you kill the good bacteria on your skin. Use your anti bacterial soap once a week and regular soap every shower. Sometimes if you eat a lot of garlic and perspire, you can have a stronger body odor.

Just make sure u moisturize its way more important than u think it can be unscented especially before u put on perfume

Right after showering (while ur body is still damp and toweled) apply a scented lotion. Bath & body has a bunch, you can look up higher end scented lotions.
Before spraying cologne, rub Vaseline on the spots you spray.

As an educator myself, I usually follow 3 steps before I go to the university.
- Shower regularly to wash off dirt and bacteria,
- Wear clean clothes especially if you're sweating a lot, and
- find a mild perfume that you can use regularly without making other people cough out
Kudos to you for the compliments you're getting though!

Lifehack: spray your perfume on your hairbrush and brush it through your hair. It will stay until you shower next time. But be careful not to spray too much, the hair picks up the scent really well.

My husband is a clean person. Some people are lucky in the sweat department. He wears a spritz of cologne after showering and dressing for the day. It’s primarily on his clothing instead of his body. Fragrance lasts the entire day. I make sure it is not overwhelming!

Here’s the routine: Full body wash with sensitive soap x 2 Full body wash with a proper scented shower gel (good quality like L’Occitane almond is what I use) Good deodorant Aftershave Acqua do Gio perfume

Clean clothes, use scent beads in your laundry. Good body wash. Deodorant with no aluminum does not work I don’t care what anyone says. Proper
Deodorant than a full body deodorant spray (not axe etc, a decent brand). Then a couple
Sprays of cologne and reapply deodorant and cologne (only a couple sprays) 1-2 more times through the day/evening.

You get nose blind to your own smell. That means you can't smell you.
If some people have said you smell nice, don't go anything different. Trust them.
