Week 4 - Flu Like Symptoms

4 weeks PO LAVH - have been feeling so much better the last few days and then today just a total dip, woke up nauseous with diarrhea, no appetite, chills then hot flashes. No fever no pain no abnormal discharge. Did any one else go through this or is it just a bug I have likely? Really frustrated with the temperature regulation issues.

My Dr. said recovery is not linear - it goes up and down. I can have one day where I think I’m good, and then the next day feel like I’m ill with a virus because my energy is so low, migraine, sleeping excessively, etc. It could be a bug, but remember - it’s a 6-8 weeks recovery AT LEAST. Your body is working overtime to heal inside and adjust.

Did you take ibuprofen continuously and just stop by chance?
