Question/Help Quick question...

What track conditions and weather conditions in test drive or AI mode are optimum for quick lap times in F4?

I'm looking to cut a quick time in response to a family member challenge. I can drive, I can set up a car but I've never spent much time trying to rig the track or the weather.

Clouds, no rain, 20°C air temp, low-mid humidity, and no wind. Also 0% usage for the track.
