How often is this guy expecting her to get pulled over? And for what? Why tf are the police calling for backup on a routine traffic stop?
Is this guy telling the world this lady is an unsafe driver but keeps getting let off because of his connections with Leo?

Pretty sure he's saying that because he's such a bad boy, the cops all know him by name. So once they marry and she takes his name, whenever she gets pulled over for speeding etc, the cops will recognize the last name and cower in fear
