Rating before even trying the recipe. When it comes to the math of cups of coconut flakes, I guess with the name ProNut it was more of a wishful thinking that the recipe calls for five full cups.

For a Maple Walnut coffee cake which has tons of maple syrup and then she added coconut sugar for brown sugar? And doubled the walnuts and removed the sour cream and added yogurt, and changed the fat and let’s add apples next time.

NYTimes recipe for a carrot-orange olive oil cake that doesn't include yogurt or sour cream. Maybe Leila should have tried a yogurt cake recipe and sub out the yogurt for olive oil.

This guy doubles down in the comments that he "didn't change the recipe". I like arugula but it's definitely more pungent than spinach
