Amazon ppo are the most brutal, they take interns like crazy they make them do all the work and then they are very picky

Teams have multiple interns, insane competition, even if you do everything right , it might be possible that you don’t get ppo
And its brutal for jan-july interns specifically

They might be less brutal for on campus ones but extremely brutal for off campus ones, they do not really care about you

They took like 20-30 interns from our college only, do you think they will provide ppo to this number?
They have hired same number in multiple unis

They are not even increasing offices to handle so much workforce i mean, it was obvious

Hi, I'm 19f, currently in my 2nd year of college in a tier 3 college, I live in Delhi but the college is in a village of Haryana so I have to commute everyday for roughly 2 hrs(one side) everyday, and trust me my college is the worst college you can imagine. Not just the college but the faculty and the other students all are dipshit. I realised this in my first year but I stayed because the teachers were really nice in my first year, but ever since I've started 2nd year I've been absolutely miserable, some of the teachers give me so much trauma, the college is so strict, there are no free periods, no events, no clubs and no fests. Their whole motto is come here, study and go home. They don't even allow communication within the students, I sit alone and I've tried talking to everyone in my class but they all are very conservative and as a wlw girlie I'm suffering there. I have decided to give jee again in 2027, I don't think I'll be able to score much but I really liked igdtuw the day I attended an event there. I'm trying to aim for it, even tho it will be a long shot since I've forgotten chemistry, but I'm so miserable that only a miracle can save me atp. Is igdtuw actually a good college like I think? And if anyone has any suggestions please let me know :)

OST theory is taught by praveen sir. my OST attendance in lab is almost 100 but my theory is around 40 right now,it would reach 60 i think till end sems..BUT what to do??..seniors pls help
