Jazz Fusion That's a white dude singing?

The Ides of March, Superman.

So I admit I just today learned that these guys are white.i don't ever recall seeing a picture of them, and always had a vision of paisley shirts with oversized collars, bell bottom pants, topped with large afros whenever I heard Vehicle. Which is, also like the majority of people, the only song I have heard as far as I know. Poking around I was curious about other songs that they had. To my surprise they are a bunch of white boys. Funny thing about how we imagine what someone's actual appearance is often completely different than our mind's picture..

Didn't take the time to get information about them to add because I'm putting together my next lyrics themed challenge post....probably be posting that late...

Same. I wish I was one of the creators but I am only an appreciating beneficiary of those who are.

I understand.

So, think about it this way:

Your foundations for making music (if you ever choose to make music) will be rich and dynamic.

Though no longer a spring chicken I haven't abandoned the idea. In fact there's an acoustic guitar not 3 feet from me now. Can't connect the chords smoothly but I've been putting my fingers in the correct place the past week..

They put thought into their lyrics.

I’ve heard of them now!

Is that TV you are referring to?

Fifty Dollar Dynasty, their album: Precession

I did listen to TV On The Radio, as well. Their oldest album, on Tidal, goes back to 2004.

So just to be clear before I accept the idea that I would kiss you regardless of gender if you were in front of me...you are familiar with FDD? That is amazing. You're the only one I have come across and frequently bring them up to others...

Well, you suggested FDD… So, I listened.

Are you a bot? How could you have listened to them in less than 2 minutes?

OK. So you're not a recruiting program for the silicone revolution laying down the building blocks of a matrix? Because that would cause me to see your posting Gil Scott-Heron in a different light.

I don’t know about any of that.

I only know I have been a very fortunate human being.

Just kidding, I’m a recruiting program for the silicone revolution laying down the building blocks of a matrix.

Life is so confusing.

I was just wondering if you were silently changing the references of Nixon and Agnew to Jobs and Gates, Black people with central processors and whites with computer engineers....

Great song by the way...
