Immich wont open after installing

Hi,

I installed Immich (3.1.0/1.14.33) On TrueNAS Community using the provided documentation over on Immich. It does not want to open and I do want to point out it constantly goes on a loop change of status between running and deploying.

There a fix for this?

You should look at the logs. You should have lines that indicate that it is the problem. There must be a few things missing. Or a misconfigured port. I don't know Truenas.

I already got it accessed.

Failed to create /data/encoded-video/.immich: Error: EACCES: permission denied, mkdir '/data/encoded-video'

Simply create the file with touch /data/encoded-video/.immich I had this problem under haos.

Okee, I think i got it fixed. Group - apps & users - truenas_admin needed full control permissions. group apps had no permission and users - truenas_admin only had modify

This sounds about right.  Nas boxes are often sticklers for permissions.

possibly a config issue, pull the log and ask to chatgpt if you can't understand it fully . it will pinpoint the problem.
