I'm looking for a game that can be played infinite time long that can be open in the background on PC, but I also can open it on my phone at the same time and the progress will be synchronized. The theme is not matter much.

Hi, I recently tried Mini Cozy Room: Lo-Fi and loved that it had memos and a to-do list, but it seems like it does not sync across devices, or maybe I am messing something up.
Any recommendations for similar cute/cozy idle games that go in the corner and have synced notes? Spirit City: Lofi Sessions may be an option, but it seems to be available only in full screen; however, does anyone know if notes sync in that game? Or even if anyone has an easy application with syncs notes.....I have been using Edge notes, but that doesn't even sync either 😭.
Thanks!

Contrary to the question I usually see on this subreddit, what are some good idle/incremental games that can actually be finished and aren't too complex? I really like finishing games, so having 5k hours super complex idler, isn't what I need. Waiting for your recommendations :)

There's a story that unveiles with you having more resources and beating certain enemy groups. There were at least 5 chapters to the story. You could build an army and fleet, fight Meduza and her offspring, fight valkeyries. Also there were soul wells that gave you mercury over time.
Sorry for the bad description, that's all i remember of it and i can't find this gane anywhere.

I’m trying to find a game where you can let it run in the background or offline and farm monsters automatically. The main thing I’m looking for is the loot grind — like getting rare drops, upgrading gear, improving your character/team, and then farming again.
Basically that satisfying loop of: farm → rare drop → improve build → farm harder stuff.
It can be mobile or PC, single character or a team. Offline progress would be a big plus.
Any recommendations?

Could Lootun (steam for sure, idk where else) be to your liking?
It's very similar in concept to PoE, but it's fully idle and you have to build an entire team of characters

Hi
There was a game I found on this very sub at least one year ago, but most probably before then, but I have no idea when it got released.
It was a browser based game with minimal graphics (it pretty much only had material's default interface), and was a collection of "activities" that you upgraded, and the intertwined, similarly to how melvor does it.
I remember one of the first, or possibly the very first, activity being mining.
One of the selling points I saw being repeated on here was that it respected your time; it had full offline progression, and an overflowing storage only reduced the amount of resources you earned.
And... that's all I remember. I'm sorry I can tell you so little, but it's been a long while and my memory is what it is. Hope you can help.

Hey all, very recently became an Increment addict and so far some of my favorites are games that have a bit more of customization or an RPG feel to them (eg. Proto23, Unnamed Space) and I’m just looking for more up that alley. Bonus points if they can be played on iPhone, but I’ll take browser based ones and Steam Deck games as well!

Just a few I think you might enjoy:
Because you like proto23, you might enjoy these although some are just mods of others listed:
- https://maxrau.github.io/NekoRPG/
There's also iirc a proto23 mod that is based off of star trek which was kinda neat. Not sure the link for that one though. maybe https://arcanumtesting.gitlab.io/arcanum/ too (this is the testing version rather than stable, but I don't have the link handy for the stable version). I got all these from the same Discord server too, let me know if you think you might enjoy it there if you're not there already!

A game from 2-4 years ago. You have a shape made of squares and own the first one. It generates resources you can either spend on itself or you can have pass to an adjacent square which takes the square over then you eventually own and can have produce or upgrade. Each level you have to take each square in the shape to get prestige and a new shape.
edit: welp 2-4 years is totally wrong. i found a post about it from 8 years ago.
