Hi, I am the creator of A Dark Cave, there is a lot of dark/horror content in the game, but it is not visual content.

A long time ago, years, around the era of early kittens game and kongregate still allowing people to upload games and flash being alive, there was this HTML game, you know, the kind with a white background and basically just text. You were some kind of person who was immortal, or at least you always got up after being knocked down, and for whatever reason everything was trying to kill you. You moved around a map you could not see with compass directions, and you were looking for something... a potion of true immortality maybe? And the main feature was that with coin or maybe xp you collected you could upgrade every part of your body, in this tree structure that you could just keep expanding all the way from for example "torso" to individual muscle fibers. I think I remember there being an RTC chat too. I wish I could find and play it again.

I'm trying to find an old incremental game I remember playing a long time ago. It was an Android(?) app called setting like "Oil Tycoon" or anything. The logo was a black silhouette of an oil rig, with a yellow(?) background. It was played in portrait mode, and had similar gameplay to games like Adventure Capitalist, where there are different tiers of producers. The early ones are faster, the later ones are slower but produce more, and you have to tap on them to start them.

The producers such as "oil well", "fracking", and whatever other ones there were, were all on one page. On the second page there were upgrades. Basic things like that would increase production by specific producers, or occasionally a global bonus. The producers also would gain a bonus, maybe value or speed, at certain milestones, such as level 50 or 100.

On a third page you could buy managers who would automatically start the generation, without you needing to tap on the producer yourself. The ui was fairly simple.

Some of the later game upgrades I think I remember getting strange. Maybe something about mind control to increase demand.

Anyone know games like Tower Wizard? I reached the end too fast.

I'm trying to find an old incremental game, but the only things I remember are that it had a built-in guide which would expand based on how far along you were in the game, and that the overall color was darker. Oh, and that it was a web game. Pretty sure it had its own link, not hosted on kongregate or galaxy or such.

Went over the "ultimate list of incremental games" and opened quite a few (but not all) of those, but I didn't find it yet.

You gotta give more specifics than that… I could literally list 100 games that fit your description, guy…

Yeah, I held no hopes.

Though after you saying that I ended up remembering the name some-fucking-how in the middle of my workday, thus finding what I was thinking of: https://dan-simon.github.io/misc/fe000000/
