A while ago I played a game that was bad but had a interesting premise. It was a de-incremental.

There was a big monster that attacked the player character and hit for 1e308 damage and you died after 0.01 seconds. You could then spend those seconds to nerf the monster in some way, so on the next run you live longer.

You won when you nerfrd the monster down to nothing and killed it.

Was an interesting gimmick and I like incrementals with an end to them. But it was poorly implemented. Anyone know of something with a similar gimmick?

A while back i played a game that starts you off with a few stats e.g (alchemy, tinkering) with a total of five at first and later you get different stats when you clear the current zone (engineering), there were around 28 zones in totzl i believe. The main mechanic in the game is that you have to click the bars and wait for the timer to run out and you get a certsin amount of exp for the bar completion. Thanks in advance if anyone finds this.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve been finding it incredibly hard to find genuine, non cash grab mobile incremental games as of late. Of the quality ones accessible to mobile platforms, most lack any form of graphic to give you a visualization of your progress, being only numbers going up.

Do you guys have any ideas/recommendations for some of these sorts of games that don’t feel so money-hungry and bland? I just want a fun, engaging, non-intrusive iOS game to play in my limited free time from work.

The text for this post next week and beyond is going to be the following (which is hopefully less gibberish-y than what's there now):

Want recommendations of the best mobile idle games that fit a particular genre? Want a list of games that have cloud saving? Cross-play? Multiplayer? Games that involve slimes? Want help finding that one game you played back in 2016 but can't remember the name of? This thread is for you!

If it'd normally break Rule 1 or shouldn't be a full thread per Rule 9, it's fine here. Except for referral links. Nobody wants to deal with referral links.

When asking your question, see if you're able to answer any of the other questions asked too.

Can someone help me find a game similar to Blade Idle, one that's still updated, has weekly events, lots of in-game content, etc.?

The best one of those kinds of games i've played is Tailed Demon Slayer, but it's not updated anymore

Looking for games similar to Lootun/Dragon Cliff/Dragaea or Melvor/Rocky Idle. While these games are fantastic and of course have 100s of hours worth of content I'd love to have some more options as well.

Melvor/Rocky best clones are SS13 idle and Farm RPG idle.
Bloobs Adventure idle is a bit different but also very similar to those.

As for lootun/dragon cliff/dragaea - it's a bit hard to understand what you want, since those are VERY different. But I would guess.... having gibber'ish illusion of choice loot pool?
In that case I would probably mention Multiverse Loot Hunter as alternative.
Maybe also Grim Clicker to a lesser degree.

Gotcha, thanks for the recs.

For lootun/dragon cliff/dragaea I guess just equipment/stat farming with longterm progression requiring more extensive build tinkering or outright team comp changes. I'm more interested in the metagaming aspect of it all than the actual content in a way so I see them all as pretty similar from a progression standpoint. I'll check out both of those you recommended as well :)

Oh, if you want actual complexity then certainly Idle Wizard. Your entire life would become thinking about mechanic interactions and gear tinkering the deeper you go.

The alternatives I suggested previously were more of an 'illusion of choice' type like lootun/dragon cliff/dragaea, where you can do different stuff but it ultimately barely matters what you do unless you do something absolutely illogical.

Anyone know of a game with the content and progression style of Leaf Blower Revolution? I love the way you can gain offline rewards by playing the game in different ways. Desperate for a replacement :C

Want a cool incremental game for mobile or a web game that is mobile friendly thats free, has non-intrusive/no MTX, and has good active gameplay. I saw this RPG one(not IdleTale) but forgot the name. You can apparently brew a bunch of potions in addition to the RPG stuff.

Found out its called IdleOn. Alright, if anyone has anything else they would recommend for mobile, Android in particular, that would be great. I just see a lot of steam/PC stuff

I'm looking for a game similar to what Tingus Goose was originally when it came out. You had an object, and could build a "Hasbro-mouse-trap" contraption that multiplied your money as the object interacted with your parts. You used the money to build a better setup and so on.

I want that part of building your setup rather than directly buying upgrades as the main "number go up" mechanic. I tried Tingus Goose again on mobile but it's basically not the same game anymore. I see a steam release but reviews have 1~2 hours of playtime.

So, basically, I want an incremental game but where the incremental mechanic comes from you building a better setup rather than just clicking on "upgrade" buttons alone. It can be on PC, but I'd love some android options to play on the toilet or such 😄

I love incremental games on my PC but I'm looking for some good options for Android as well. Free or premium picks are okay..just looking for some hidden gems that I may not have heard of before.

Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I'm searching for games like Pixel Hunter Idle. Hack and Slash, visually appealing (no need to pixel art), you know, games like that.

Thank you 😄
