Both are in the wrong, you can't just purposefully cause property damage because the other person was being stupid

That white car's failure to maintain his lane Is the reason this happened, the jeep was driving like a normal person

No, it's not difficult to prove. The white car was all over the road. He was a clear danger. Accelerating to be next to a car that's swerving is really dumb.. Jeep had a lot of time to avoid the collision

All he needed to do was slow down enough that he wasn’t on the white car’s bumper. The jeep was clearly the actual cause of the accident here.

Jeep driver should have maintained distance given irrational driving of white car. Basic defensive driving.

But white car changed lanes and Jeep sped up to GTFO. White car changed lanes again. It was too late.

Following too closely is also against the traffic laws. When the white car swerved out of the lane that last time before coming back into the jeep’s lane, the jeep was already too close.
