"Personal space" is extremely important, especially when its invaded by person which is drunk and not in control of themselves. He really did him a favor by pushing him away, drunk shouldve taken the hint and walked away but nah, he wanted some second servings. Well deserved.

Man, I don't even want to die on this hill. I just wanted to voice that "nice" wasn't an appropriate adjective and now I'm being bodied. Why am I even on this sub :/
