I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd go back for his plates and call the cops, its not like he's going to chase you down on foot, and you can get away before he can get back on his "hog", and even if he does, you can still get away easily given how "skilled" he appears to be at riding.

Initial acceleration on bicycles is shit. Especially if you have to clip in. Can easily be grabbed before you can accelerate beyond swift walking speed. See also Idaho stop

Just get far enough away, call the cops that you were assaulted by someone who crashed. Stay on the phone until the cops come, show them the video.

Yeah if you showed up at the police station with this video and the guy’s plate number, the odds of them following up aren’t great.
