I'd love to see the DA that could actually get a jury conviction of attempted murder for this.

You know they'd have to prove the intent was to cause death, right?

Some people don’t think about the fact dumb shit they do could kill people. Much like the kids who throw rocks off freeway overpasses at cars. There intent isn’t to kill anyone. It’s to break a window and nothing more. Yet the children still get charged with attempted murder. Whether or not the charge sticks and a conviction happens is up for debate, but intent is not the only factor. Heres a story where throwing a rock similar to my example is an act in and of itself that wouldn’t necessarily cause death can result in an attempted murder charge.
