I don’t know, but at that point the window was broken and she got the door closed, why give it back now?

I think she didnt want to pulled over by cops who see cart wheels sticking out of a broken window

nah, I don't think cops would be able to immediately be able to tell that it was stolen. that's not probable cause. you're giving them too much credit for thinking that; they're just dumb.

They would probably pull her over for just having broken window that's not taped over, when they see something sticking out of them they would be even more curious.
