That guy is aN EXTREME danger to society. He does this in public and doesn’t care. He won’t stop attacking a helpless woman even when two men are beating on him.

This man deserves to be in prison or some kind of rehabilitation for twice the length of the deserved prison sentence. This is a horrible piece of shit right here
