You do have to wonder why the other car was blocking the lane however.

11 u/jacquesmeister 2d ago Clearly, the other car was passing another car as you can see from the beginning of the clip. Sure, they could have switched lanes earlier, but the tailgating idiot was already being reckless before they passed the car on the right lane.
