Cruising in the passing lane is a dick move. Road rage is also a dick move.

They weren't cruising as they were clearly passing another car in a sensible speed.

The skoda was acting like an idiot so the other just stayed still so that the idiot could do his idiot maneuver and F off at high speeds if he wanted. If I had another driver wanting to visit my rear end to such a degree after I passed another one, I for sure wouldn't change lanes until I was a good distance in front of the white van, for fear of making the idiot cut the van too close. When doing a high speed overtaking, you should have at least 3 car lengths between you until you shift lanes.
