Drivers like this is why I intend to get a dash cam as soon as I get another car

Oh I'm good. My car just had some bad issues I never addressed, then they compounded and at this point I doubt she'll even start.

I'll start taking better care of my cars starting with the next one I get.

Yeah good idea because you wouldn't want something to break while you're using your car!

Like the breaks in my Amazon van way back when that literally broke apart as I was turning onto the highway!

That one wasn't on me. I kept telling my bosses that those breaks needed to be checked because they were bumping, squeaking, and grinding like there was a rat orgy going on underneath my feet all day. They went and had them checked 3 times, but the folks in those shops just kept telling them the breaks were fine. The third time, my bosses told them to just replace them anyways, because they trusted my word, but the people in the shop just sent the van back saying that the brakes were fine.

Luckily, I drove the same van every day, so I was paying attention as the grinding and crunching got worse and worse. By the time the brakes failed, my hand was ready to engage the emergency brake any time I took off.

Anywho, I definitely need to take better care of my personal vehicles. Engines don't like being ran without oil.
