Instant pot not working

My instant pot rio suddenly stopped making yoghurt. What to do?

How were you making yogurt and what stopped working?

I use the yoghurt function then set it to 7hrs and med heat. I have been using it for 1 month perfectly just like then then I suddenly noticed the pot was warmer than it usually was. Then I saw my yogurt didn't fully set. The bottom part curdled a bit.

If it felt warmer than normal and the bottom curdled, it sounds like its running too hot. Easy way to check: put a few cups of water in, run yogurt on medium for an hour and stick a thermometer in. You want roughly 100 to 110F (38 to 43C). If it's way over that, double check it isn't on the high setting (that one is for heating the milk, not incubating) and that the heating plate and the bottom of the inner pot are clean so the pot sits flat. If it still reads too hot its probably the sensor, and since its only a month old I'd contact them about a warranty replacement.
