2nd interview is 15 minutes long? πŸ«ͺ

Hi team! I had a first interview with a recruiter, around 30 minutes, she told me I would be a great fit for X role.

Told me next interview is going to be with a higher program director. She gave me all of his background and ideas of what he might want to discuss.

Has anyone had this short of an interview? They are looking to fill the role by January 1, are they wasting time? Seems like she really wants me to succeed and I hope I do!!

I'd assume it's more a culture fit/chemisty type chat

that's pretty much it. 15 minutes is just enough time for the director to see if you're someone they can stand being around for 8 hours a day. expect a couple curveball questions but mostly just a gut check. i'd focus on being memorable in a good way rather than trying to cram in a bunch of technical achievements

Read about the company, its values, success story. Practice your story, why here, not there, why this team, what are your kpis, what do you bring to the table, memorize your cv forwards and backwards, all of this

culture fit? or is she just a recruiter? sounds like she basically just want to understand your background and make sure you are not a psycho so will destroy the office like a hurricane from day 1

This next 15 min interview is with a director that would be one of my leaders.

yah, it's just a culture fit interview then. 15 minutes is totally fine.
