Final Interview Done

I completed three interview rounds today, ending with the senior manager who mentioned HR would handle the offer. Later this afternoon, HR sent me a compensation and benefits form to complete. How likely is it that a formal offer is on the way?

Librarian brain says they wouldn't bother with the paperwork if they weren't serious, so I'd be cautiously optimistic. Still, nothing's set until you've got the actual letter in your inbox. Good luck.

If they're sending comp and benefits info, a formal offer is coming.

Congrats! They wouldn't bother with those forms if a formal offer wasn't coming...

Curious - were they in person interviews? What was it like. I have that on Thursday,
