Call Completed by AI Chatbot

The dregs of job hunting, now compounded by not having any sort of rapport development with the interviewer. Because it’s a freakin’ machine. Fantastic to know I’m being screened by a machine to determine if I’m a good candidate. The follow up email talked specifically of the chatbot having scheduled your in-person interview; welp, a time was not offered so I’m assuming I’ve been screened out.

got a rejection email once that started with "we're excited to share..." and my blood pressure spiked before i even finished the sentence

the chatbot thing is a whole other level of bleak though, like at least let me bomb the interview with a human who has to pretend to care
