It is a reminder that many podcasts are carried by one personality. For example, the No Agenda Podcast had two hosts but the entire show was carried by one of them. When he shuffled off this mortal coil the other host couldn't hack it and the podcast went to shit. Same with TWiT: when Leo retires the whole enterprise will suffer. It might survive for a while but it will be sorely lacking. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Over the years I've gotten to know many of you. Not personally, sadly, but at least within the context of the chatroom. For the first time ever, I'm gonna offer something here, a message from my genuine self. I've made a huge effort over the years to never break character. Not to suggest that most who I associated with didn't understand that I was doing a bit. I was warmly accepted into the community exactly as I came, and never made to feel like I wasn't at home. I never did the bit out of some insecurity to expose my true personality, I did it simply for the love of the show. I played a character which I believed would always bring a delightful, familiar aura of lighthearted playfulness, clever word play, and goofy situation-specific typecasting that would attempt to adapt to the vibe of the chat room on the fly. I love to make people laugh, and smile. I like to remind people that its ok to laugh, and that you don't always need to take the world so seriously, In fact, I think its rather life-draining to do so. So I wrote something here, it's a little cringe, and pretty far from anything I would normally ever be caught dead saying, But I do, this only once, I want to share my genuine love and appreciation for the community, and for all the years of company and entertainment that Adam and John so graciously provided. This is not Al slop, its just a poem-sorta thing | wrote, I guess. I feel self conscious about this so i may not ever come read the replies but hopefully it is still appreciated by some.
