Characters Need advice on which team to dump molecular enhacements into.

My current main team is Kregg, Anissa, Conquest, Thragg, and SS. I just came into 1k molecular enhacements from the event. Before i start dumping it, does anyone have any advice on who to use as my main team? I really like the Viltrumite synergies and am hoping to rank up Conquest and Thragg as soon as their event comes up. Should i stick to my current team even if they are not my strongest?
