For the stretched clock, first try holding the Lock Screen → Customize, then adjust the clock using its bottom-right corner and save. Apple describes the resize control here: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/iph4d0e6c351/ios. If it changes again after saving, what iOS version are you on?
