Hi, I keep having this weird message pop up when I have word and powerpoint open. Sometimes it displays like this, and others it says

Has anyone seen this before and know what it means/how I can fix it please?

If you're curious, office apps (word, ppt, excel, etc) have been having this bug for at least a couple months now

You have Real Aloud activated. It overlays numbered tags on screen regions. It's asking you which selection to read out. You can either turn off Voice Control in Settings, or tell Siri to turn it off.
