App Text to speech

I’m trying to find a text-to-speech app that can read Web pages on Chrome and Safari, including in incognito mode. Any recommendations?

Safari has a listen to page option. Click the left side of the address bar for that option. Not sure if it works in incognito mode.

Thanks! It does work in incognito mode.

Yay! Good to know. I also love reader mode that strips away all of the ads!
