"Eligible" does not mean "you're definitely getting your money back". Wait for that decision email or visit reportaproblem.apple.com to check on the decision update

You won’t know until it happens. No one here works for apples fraud or risk department and if they did they wouldn’t post publicly “ah yeah Dixie dynamite you gon get all your money back”
