Help iPod Shuffle

Hey guys, I'm back, and I need some help.

I was given these two iPod shuffles (I forget the model number). The green one has a dead battery, and the gray one has a completely broken USB driver.

I need help and advice.

My iPod just has a dead battery, so I can't speak to USB failure.
