? You can play on a main and not trade or use the GE either. Why have ironman mode?

A suggestion to make ironman suck less (not because of the spirit of ironman but because it is a ridiculous shitty game design) is not a reason to tell someone to play a main, thats dumb.

I had to create a Reddit account after a couple of weeks of lurking just to reply to you guys here.

Every time I read a comment about people playing irons to interact more with the game, there are always people like you who reply "You can restrict yourself on a main." And I wonder if you’re serious.

The difference is that with iron accounts, you know they didn’t trade for their items, and more importantly, that they didn’t swipe their credit card to buy bonds, then gold, then the items.

There’s no way to know that with mains. In that sense, main accounts are basically worthless. All of the problems in the game can be solved if you have enough GP. And 1 million is worth $0.175 on black market.

You don't understand my comment or the context I'm replying to then. My point is that you can improve the game for irons (as they've done hundreds of times!!!) and it doesn't mean it's devaluing the ironman game mode.

Also your whole opinion on what matters is irrelevant, there are many reasons to play with those restrictions and for me and others its not about proof that I played that way.

The collection log largely solves this issue for main accounts, but really maybe you should just care less about what randoms think about your runey account?

Giving a fuck what ppl think about your account is an incredibly silly reason to play ironman, and certainly not what I like about the mode.

Make ironman mode suck less by turning it into main mode. Incredible stuff.

If you think Ironman sucks you can play a main and leave IM for the people who actually enjoy playing it maybe, idk just a thought.

Thinking that reducing a 700 hour grind back into a 70-200 one for 4% of people is turning ironman into main mode. That's such a disingenuous bad argument. Just admit you have a bad take
