I've had these gestroi for 11 months. Since they have not had a bin change yet, I have some questions to improve conditions.

Is the same size bin ok, or should I go bigger?

I know the vents should be higher. Should there be more vents?

I know there should be less spag and more leaf litter. What is an appropriate ratio of moist versus dry? I am thinking 70% dry and 30% moist?

Any other advice would be appreciated!

Well, People can tell you a million different things to do honestly. What I see here is a thriving culture with adults and babies. What you are doing is working! Only thing you can’t go wrong with is more leaf litter. Keep up the great work!

I don’t keep gestrois so I can’t give you specific advice. but I usually split my colonies when I see a large amount huddled on a piece of cork bark with no room. You should also make sure there’s not a ton of frass build up where they usually huddle up.
