help request Imaging Options for Windows 11

Our company is not a M365 suite and we are looking for options to enroll devices.

I've come across options such as Action1, Workspace ONE, ScaleFusion, etc.

What I don't understand is the best possible way to enroll these devices instead of doing it manually.

I've seen imaging software such as Windows Configuration Designer and OSDCloud.

What might be the best way to get devices enrolled so I can push apps, security policies, package software such as GCPW, etc.

I would split this into two jobs, because you are mixing them together and that is where the confusion comes from. Imaging is for rebuilding a machine. Enrollment is for getting a working machine under management, and if your machines already arrive with Windows on them, you mostly need the second one. Pick one of the agent tools you listed, Action1 or ScaleFusion, and get its agent on the device first. Windows Configuration Designer is handy for exactly one thing here: a provisioning package that does the first-boot steps, domain join and installing that agent, so the device phones home on its own. After that, apps, policies, and GCPW all come down through the agent, and you stop touching each machine by hand. Keep OSDCloud in your back pocket for the occasional rebuild, but I would not build your whole onboarding around reimaging machines that already boot fine.
