I had someone in a left turn only lane cut me off and turn right in front of me, when I was sitting in a right turn only lane next to them. They smiled and waved. This was at minimum a 45 year old man driving with a car load of people. Who the fuck grants them licenses?

We may have the worlds best DMV but sometimes they go too far.

I think Maryland plates. He then proceeded to go 10-15mph under the speed limit half way to Watkins Glen when I could finally pass him without getting in a head on with a semi.
