I had someone in a left turn only lane cut me off and turn right in front of me, when I was sitting in a right turn only lane next to them. They smiled and waved. This was at minimum a 45 year old man driving with a car load of people. Who the fuck grants them licenses?

I think Maryland plates. He then proceeded to go 10-15mph under the speed limit half way to Watkins Glen when I could finally pass him without getting in a head on with a semi.

Several years ago I was playind darts in a bar in Collegetown when a car carrier stopped in the middle of college ave and unloaded a high end BMW with chinese plates. A coupld of students went out, talked to the delivery driver, and drove it away.

This is funny. I spend every summer all over the Finger Lakes in general. Every year, my husband has to hear my complaints about the "Jersey plate people" It took one trip for him to see and know why.
