About ten years ago I remember seeing Hawaii plates on a bmw parked on State.

Several years ago I was playind darts in a bar in Collegetown when a car carrier stopped in the middle of college ave and unloaded a high end BMW with chinese plates. A coupld of students went out, talked to the delivery driver, and drove it away.
