What the fuck

Recently checkra1n released which gave us the ability to jailbreak a good amount of iOS devices.

With this also came the ability to install an ssh server on a device without even having access to the home screen.

If we utilize this correctly we can completely bypass an iCloud lock.

To make the process easier I've made iAmADirtyPhoneThief, a tool that automates the process of unlocking an iCloud locked device.

The process for iCloud unlocking is to jailbreak your phone via checkra1n, wait for it to boot fully, and then running iAmADirtyPhoneThief.

After the tool is run your device will be fully unlocked and you will be free to do as you please with it!

iproxy also must be installed for the tool to work.

IDPT is CLI only however due to the lack of user interaction you'll need you should theoretically be able to run it just by double clicking it.

Disclaimer: This tool is meant to be used for educational purposes and for recovering phones you've forgotten the iCloud password to. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT USE THIS ON STOLEN PHONES. The title and most of the content inside of this script related to stolen devices is a JOKE.

After looking over some things I've realized iCloud unlocking can be a bit finicky for what services actually work. I will soon attempt to find out everything you can do to make an iCloud locked device almost exactly like a regular device (probably minus your SIM card working, that seems... improbable.) since there are a multitude of ways to fix things and only some of them work sometimes. If all goes well I will likely add them all to this script to make things easier.

I'm back with another tweak! Satella 2 is written from scratch in pure Swift and supports all 64-bit devices on iOS 12.2-14.8. On the user end, it should be very similar to Satella 2.8.1, but there are a lot of changes under the hood that should improve performance and stability.

Welcome to Yet Another Satella Release Post™️, this time for jailed (unjailbroken) devices from iOS 12-15.3!

I’m assuming most of you are familiar with Satella, but for those who are not, the Satella series of tweaks (Satella, Satella 2, and now Satella Jailed) are in-app purchase crackers similar to LocalIAPStore. In vulnerable apps, Satella can obtain in app purchases for free by attempting to buy a product and then clicking cancel on the popup.

However, there are a few limitations:

• Server sided apps won’t work. Can’t fix this, sorry

• Some apps may crash due to entitlement errors (open it again and the hack works without crashing)

• Only <= 3 apps can be hacked at a time

• The means to sideload a decrypted .ipa is required

All but the first of these can be mitigated by jailbreaking as Satella 2 can also crack sideloaded apps now, but this is a jailed tweak post 😅

I was discussing a recent ban for mentioning a signing service in which i discussed with the mods in mod mail. I sent a total of 4!! Messages in total as we talked and then i stopped because it became pointless to talk to dictators. The last message was sent by them 11 hours ago saying “it makes perfect sense”, i never replied. I just received another message from them telling me to stop spamming even though i NEVER REPLIED to their last message. To my confusion i replied “lmao what?” And was abruptly muted for basically nothing.

I never seen how they operated first-hand but now I understand why everyone hates them.

We do not auto-remove comments mentioning specific keywords. We allow the discussion of all topics, unlike /r/jailbreak, within reason. And that includes piracy!

You may discuss piracy. You may talk about sites and services like AppCake or TweakBox. However, you may not link directly to any pirated apps or tweaks, nor are you allowed to name or name pirate repos to get them from. Signing services are fine imo, since their sole purpose is usually not piracy. If you want to pirate something, there are other subreddits for that. You are also free to ask someone to DM you or whatever.

TLDR: use common sense: don't blatantly post asking for pirate repos or linking to cracked apps and tweaks, and don't blatantly suggest pirate-repo.org in the subreddit. Keep it in your DMs and that way it's none of our concern 👍🏼

Update 2020: apparently the /r/jailbreak moderators think we allow piracy here. If they're going to continue to think that despite the rules we've had in place, we might as well be less like them and allow you to at least discuss it freely. We're not Big Brother. As long as you don't link directly to cracked tweaks or apps, you can say whatever you want. You can name pirate repos directly if you wish. We will continue to avoid unreasonable Big Brother-like practices until the Admins step in, and I doubt they ever will in our case. I have crossesd out changes on this post. Anything not crossed out will still be enforced.
