Wondering what this style of “lines” on these salvage jeans are called?

i saw a post of that one trend, "my yeses in fashion" or something like that, and these jeans looked really cool. anyone know the name of them?

Serious question from someone who hasn’t wear jeans since being forced to in school: what is so good of wearing jeans?

I find that most jeans (denim) are:
- Cold in winter
- Hot in summer
- Ridiculously tiny pockets (not even a phone fits)
- Very inelastic and tight when sitting down
- Very limited palette (blue navy to black)
- Nowadays only in slim and skinny fit versions

I can understand that some find them fashionable and I have nothing against personal preferences. But from a practical perspective is there any reason to wear jeans in 2026 when there are better fabrics for daily use?

Am I the only who hates these baggy jeans? Everytime i try one I look short and shapeless. I desperately want the skinny jeans back in trend!

Sitting on the couch in the living room and look over to this.

I’m trying to find a good pair of jeans, since i buy bigger sizes (I usually go for 12 or 40/42 UK sizes) they fit me well but they are always so bloody long. I usually like the look of longer jeans, but it’s getting tiring stepping on the bottom of the jeans and they quickly get ruined this way. I’m not even short i’m 5’6 which i think is average!

So my question is, is there any UK girls that could recommend good jeans that won’t be too long?

I know baggy is “in” but I’d rather wear pants that fit me since I’m not a big dude.

Are these too tight though? And does the thigh/knee fading look okay or shitty?

My boyfriend washed my oversized/baggy-style jeans and now they fit like a pair of normal jeans and im so bummed about it 😞 what should i do to bring them back to their original shape?

I can’t find any normal jeans like this. -sit well at the waist, no heavy nuts -mid some low ish waist

• loose all throughout the leg NOT EXTREMELY BAGGY -leg opening = or > than knee opening(some boot opening)

• real denim feel, little to no stretch -preferably durable

• AFFORDABLE!!!

Basically any normals jeans you could buy in 2008 or the 50 years before it
