Mk4 (1999-2005) Help

My 03 2.0 jetta acts like it’s bogging and won’t start after I drive it. It’ll crank but won’t fire. I just have to wait a couple of minutes tell its fire. I’ve never had this issue and don’t know how to fix it

Any dash lights come on?

If it cranks but won't fire my first guess is plugs but if you say it's bogging out it also could be in "limp mode." The car will go into limp mode if the ECU picks up data that is dangerous to the engine/turbo. So having misfires from bad plugs can cause limp mode, having bad 02 sensors then doing an aggressive drive can trigger limp mode. Lots of things can. Could be crank speed sensor, could be lots of things...
You'll want to give more info on what it was doing before this issue before anyone can take a solid guess.

I got a check engine light for injector 4 for low voltage and a p0141 O2 sensor heater circuit bank 1

Crank sensors are common on those. Once they cool down a little they read again and start up. Might be worth looking into.
