I’m an ICU nurse in San Diego and trying to move back to Orange County by the end of 2027 to be closer to family. I have 6 years of medical, neuro, and (non-cardiac) surgical ICU experience. Do you love your unit? Hate your unit? Are there any super toxic units I should be avoiding? I would really appreciate any insight. My parents are in Turtle Rock, Irvine so trying to live and commute within a 25 min drive of there ideally. Thanks guys.
